1. open a new database
2. open a new report designer
3. create any report
4. save and close the report
5. doubleclick the report in the database window
==>> the report is not execute, instead the design is open

Double click now opens the report, also 'open' in context menu.
To edit a report in design, choose 'edit' in context menu.
