0. open a new database
1. create a table with any fields
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open the add field container and d&d some fields into the 'page header'
4. open the property browser for the page header
5. set property 'visible' to 'no'
6. execute the report

-> inserted controls of page header are still visible
