0. open a new database
1. create a table with an id (integer) field and fill it with 1,2,3
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open the add field container and d&d the fields into the doc
4. open the property browser for the report on tabpage 'data'
5. set a filter like ( "ID" = 4 )
6. execute the report

-> all content is shown - filter is not active
