0. open a new database
1. create a table with any fields
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open the add field container and d&d some fields into the 'page header'
4. draw some 'shapes' over the inserted controls

-> overlapping should not be possible

Overlapping shapes should be possible. Only text/images/lines and formatted text
should not overlap
