0. open a new database
1. create a table with a numeric field containing some numbers
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open the add field container and d&d the field into the doc
4. change the formatting of the control in property browser in f.e. currency
5. execute the report

-> only numbers are shown, the formatting is ignored

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a show stopper for the
release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.3, thus.

office:value has to be replaced by the value from the database for cells

This seems to be the same bug as 77039 (Date-Time-Field does not get formatted
properly). Number-Fields and Date-Fields use the same mechanism to format the
text contained in the cell.
