1. open a new database
2. open a new report designer
3. insert a text control and align it to the top left corner
4. insert a text control and align it to the top center
5. select the first control and align it to the center via the icon
==>> of course it's not possible, because there is already a control, but the
user doesn't get a feedback. I would have a message box saying that the
alignment is not possible.

as we agreed in the iTeam, this issue is solved by renaming the "Show"/"Hide"
entries to something else, which does not suggest that the header/footer is made
invisible, but better shows that it is removed. /me thinks "Present" / "Not
present" is a halfway good wording ...
