- open the attached countries.odb
- open the report "countries, tabular" for editing
- select the page header in the property browser
- set the property "Visible" to "No"
- execute the report
=> the page header is still visible

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation",
targeting to OOo 2.x.

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.

builds, in EIS, the Environment Information System:

this is fixed in the current master. The current master is available at
