0. open a new database
1. create a table with some fields
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. insert some fields in the design area
4. select one control

-> the 'object resizing' toolbar is enabled
=> make no sense if only one control is selected (you need more to get action)

mean "no showstopper, no should-fix")

first release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.x, thus.
