0. open a new database
1. create a table with any field
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. insert the fields in the design area
4. in property browser, property 'position x' click the 'down' arrow several times
5. click anywhere outside the control

-> info message: this operation is not allowed .. (-> click ok)
=> crash

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a show stopper for the
release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.3, thus.
