0. open a new database
1. open the report designer
2. push the help button in standard toolbar

-> help dialog for writer appears (should be database)

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a "should fix" for the
first release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.x, thus.

back to OJ who originally fixed it
(not strictly necessary to fix it in oj14, since it is classified as "should
fix", so no need for me to do it while OJ is on vacation)

The embedded object needs a possibility to use a given frame as parent.
