The Preferences menu (shortcut Apple-,) is missing.  IMHO, Tools-Options could
be mapped here.

PreferencesAbout.diff shows also the About dialog. Thanks to mox.

If kHICommandAbout is not handled, it calls and creashes in HIAboutBox:
