- open any database document
- create a new report design
- try opening the main menu via keyboard, e.g. by pressing Alt-F to open
  the File menu
=> nothing happens

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation",
targeting to OOo 2.x.

re-opening.
Sorry, it seems I overlooked that you first need to
- mark a control
OR
- select a section by clicking into its empty space

Then, the menu accelerators do not work anymore.
