- open the database document "europa.odb" attached to issue 77861
  (http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/45446/europa.odb)
- open the report "Join" for editing
- display the report properties in the property browser, tab page "Data"
- change the "Content type" property from "Table" to "SQL command"
- save and close the report design
- open the report for editing, again
- display the report properties
=> the "Content type" is back to "Table", again

adjusting summary to reflect this also affects the "Escape processing" property.

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a show stopper for the
release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.3, thus.

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation".
