This issue has been separated from issue 77906. Follow the description in issue
77906 up to the step where you see the 0xFFFFFFFF in the property browser, where
normally an "Transparent" (or something like this) should be shown.

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation".

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a "should fix" for the
first release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.x, thus.

For the fix we need to add a new string into extensions.

Which is not a problem as long as the string is already in the translation database.

Also, given that there is an additional "Background transparent" property, we
should perhaps simply disable the "Background color" property when "Background
transparent" is set to YES. This would save us the string.
