- open the attached database document
- in the Reports section, copy and paste the "countries, tabular" report
  (arbitrary new name)
- try to open the report "countries, tabular" for editing
=> an error message saying that the object could not be opened appears

You need to close and re-open the document (or even restart OOo because of issue
77907) before you can actually use this report, again.

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation".

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a show stopper for the
release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.3, thus.
