0. open a new database
1. create a table with any fields
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open from menue insert/date&time dialog
4. choose the longest date and the lognest time format (also in many other
combinations) & ok
5. execute the report

-> time format field content is cutted

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.
