Attached rtf does not open correctly using 2.2 and 2.3m217 - please see 
illustrating "bad-import-rtf.png".

MRU->HBRINKM: see attached sample. There are many frames which are imported much
too narrow. Thus it looks, that the frames are overlapping each others, due to
the line breaks inside.

BTW: the "table" is not visible, because it is produced by drawing lines. See
issue 3790.
