- open an arbitrary report design for an arbitrary database document
- try inserting any custom shape into the report design
=> crash

worked in previous builds of CWS oj14 => regression

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a show stopper for the
release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.3, thus.
