Description ooskapenaar 2007-07-10 00:22:49 UTC
It is easy to replicate this error:
1. create any ODT document.
2. select "File -> Export as PDF"
3. use the default export settings

An empty PDF is created.

I reliably repeated this issue with long and short documents, and tried a variety of PDF export settings,
with no change in results. Links result in blue underlining. Tables and shading seem to work, and the
number of pages always seems to match - try to export e.g. http://www.pitonyak.org/database/

I just tested using SRC680_m220, with aquavcl0& integrated: no problem so far, and pdf export works
fine.

More precisely, AndrewBase .odt provides an 140 pages document, perfectly readable.
Which aqua version did you use ? Can you please provide us mmore infos ?

Thanks in advance

680m211 (as reported in the issue)

Is the only way to upgrade my obviously antiquated version, to checkout and build myself?

Please try the 2nd development snapshot we provide at :
http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/download/aqua.html

And confirm the issue is fixed. Thanks :-)

Could this be some library dependancy that is missing or the use of the first aqua?

I'm able to export fine using the second public aqua based on 680m217.
See:

I have attached my output using the previously attached doc.

Can you please confirm pdf export works or not with recent build ?
This way, we could close this issue.

Thanks :)
