I test it with m222+ localisation21.

lang=de_DE

I want to show the currency values as "€". But it is all the same what I set in
Format.

Also I have to choose "right alignment" what have to be standard for currency

also _ all_ values have a "minus" in front of them.
why?

I can reproduce it also with OOH_m5.

So I can't use reports for calculation after 31.12.2001 :(

can reproduce with OOH680m6. The sample report in the attached document has
controls formatted as "1234,57 €", nonetheless, in the resulting report, the
displayed currency unit is DM all the time (I have a German system locale, which
probably is responsible for the DM, other system locales probably result in
other currency units), and all values are negative.

Currency is extremely important when creating reports. :-)

Hi all, 
I've just tried with the sample attached to this issue. I use FR environment.
When I open the created report, no currency is shown even if I have set the
format correctly with € in the field properties.
If I change the format to the old French currency (F), it shows correctly in the
report. 
I've generated a new report to make sure. The sign € is not shown but the F one
is ok.

Just tried this with M_10 and SRB 1.0.2 - with this combination all seems to
work properly. The data is displayed as Euro - if I then change the language on
the report to English (USA ) and the currency type to AUTOMATIC I get the
correct values in US currency format.

The builds from ftp://ftp.linux.cz include Report Builder in a separate
directory. The version that is available there is 1.0.2.
