PDF export for symbol fonts has wrong glyph widths

When PDF exporting a document with a non-monospaced Type1 symbol font and the document contains codes that need to be aliased to the correspondig unicode PUA area, then the glyph widths of the resulting PDF are wrong.

To reproduce the problem with the example document the font "Standard Symbols L" needs to be installed. It usually has the filenames s050000l.* and is available in a package called urw-fonts or similar.
Fixed in CWS vcl83. Added the regression keyword (since the problem was introduced into SRC680_m208 => OOo 2.3 with the fix for issue 74609).
SBA: Target set to OOo 2.3.1, as agreed on in OOo releases IRC meeting.
Changed taerget, set pjanik and hi on cc.
also commited the fix to CWS with matching target @sba: please verify in CWS pdffix01
Verified with cws pdffix01 = ok
SBA: OK in OOG680_m8. Closed.
