Use bug document click.sdw from issue 81257 to see that in an image map the
"Text" has been lost and it won't be exported to HTML as <ALT= parameter as it
did in lower SO8 and SO7 versions.

This issue is about the old bin filters -> legacy filters.
I would suggest to not fix this issue at all. Setting status accordingly.
