Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 83049
Table Cells initially malformatted in Business Cards
Last modified: 2013-08-07 14:42:49 UTC
After creating a business card (Fine-New-Business Cards) using Avrey fromat 8376 which includes a three column table (Table-Insert) I put a graphic in the first column, text in the second column, and a second graphic in the third column. Under the table row I entered additional text. I then used the syncronize feature to make all cards the same. Finally, I saved the finished files and closed the application. When I reopen Writer and open the previously saved file, the table row of three cells is not the same as I had saved it. The center cell is too wide and the graphic in the third cell appears superimposed over the text in the center cell. But, if I put the cursor at the end of the text in the center cell, click on insert column, then click on undo, the three cells in the table row are displayed properly again.
Please give a detailed description about your choice in the OOo dialog. I do not find a format with a three column table. Please attach the file, which OOo has generated before you insert and write something and attach the file, which you have saved after you have finished.

MRU->FME: see the last two attachments. When opening this, the table in the business cards is initially malformatted. The right it looks, that the second and third column have been merged. When triggering a re-format of the table as described, the table will look as it should.
I can reproduce this bug. Needs some investigation.
