In a presentation-mode you can't use any other key, also no ESCape, also no
right mouse click to get back or to exit from presentation mode.

With COMMAND+TAB you are able to switch to the office in the back and you can
close the windows but you are not able to exit from presenter mode - only kill
works fine or you need to klick though the whole presentation (if it's 50+ pages
.... not a nice job).
