Description Mechtilde 2007-12-01 12:11:45 UTC
I use m238 under Debian GNU/Linux ix86

I loked for "signieren" in the German help and crash

I also tested more keywords like "Hintergrund", "Bericht", "Makro"

In the Terminal I get the following error message after starting soffice:
"line 258: 25239 Speicherzugriffsfehler "$sd_prog/$sd_binary" "$@"

I have tested it with the Windows version of m238 on WinXP. I get no crashes.

Although it seems to be not related at all at the first look the evaluation
showed that this is based on the -ldscope=hidden problem fixed in i84529.
i84529 only refers to a Solaris build problem but the STL streams seem to
be also affected in Linux. This leads to corrupted helplinker output files
finally causing the crash at Office runtime. With Ause's i84529 fix
helpcontent2 builds correctly again and the crash doesn't occur any more.
Tested both in SRC680 m243 and OOH680 m4.
