- Load attached c_global.htm file 
- have a look at vertical alignment of TR, TH, TD 
BUG: You see that the vertical alignment get lost when importing the file

Attached a screenshot from a StarOffice 8 PU 6 (Build: 9134) where it is ok and
a screenshot from m238 where it was broken.
