Repeated multi-rows headline shown wrong

To reproduce:

* Open attached file TBD.odt.
* Go to row marked red. 
* Table — Insert — Rows...  Add 1 or 2 rows to the table moved to second page.
* Look how repeated headline are shown in table on second page.

Only OOo 2.3.1 shows the issue. OOo 2.3.0 and 2.0.4 work fine.
Tested on Linux and Windows.

MRU->AMA: this might be related to issue 85072. when adding rows to the table in
the attached document, also some "read only" cells following the page break will
be generated.
