In an OOo version different than en-US and/or system language different en-US
the main menu of the application ('StarOffice') contains english strings:
- Services
- Hide StarOffice
- Hide Others
- Show All
- Quit StarOffice

('StarOffice' may also reference 'OpenOffice.org')

It turns out that we cannot get these strings from the system itself but need
translations. Unfortunately we are past translation freeze, so I need to compile
these in. Which we should turn back into a sane process for the next version again.

There is a small contingent of strings that will be translated until 3.0 after
all, I got permission from mh to use this.

got into dev300m15, closing
