Create a presentation and insert a chart. Double click on the charts wall and
set as bitmap filling 'Droplets'. Close the dialog -> the bitmap looks fine.
Leave the edit modus of the chart by clicking outside the chart.
-> The droplets of the bitmaps look stretched and distorted.

The same happens for example when you insert a spreadsheet ole into a
presentation and insert a rectangle shape with bitmap filling into this
spreadsheet ole.

looks like a scaling problem using a wrong scanline offset

fixed by hdu with his new SalBitmap implementation in CWS aquabmpfix01
