Tested on Windows, not sure if GNOME is also affected:
Start Impress with some slides, toggle High Contrast Black on, toggle off =>
some slides in the slide view keep a black background

We won't fix repaint issues concerning toggling HC on/off *at run time* because
they don't reflect a real user scenario.
