STDEVA:
    zh_TW: "...樣本總體的標準偏差，文字為零" should be "...抽樣的標準偏差，文字為零"
    zh_CN: "...样本总体的标准偏差，文字为零" should be "...抽样的标准偏差，文字为零"

STDEVPA:
    zh_TW: "...抽樣的標準偏差，文字為零" should be "...樣本總體的標準偏差，文字為零"
    zh_CN: "...抽样的标准偏差，文字为零" should be "...样本总体的标准偏差，文字为零"
