- open a document
- use any menu shortcut (e.g. Cmd-A for select all, Cmd-C for copy, Cmd-V for paste)
-> no shortcut works

only in quickstart mode (last document closed) the menu still responds to
shortcuts (aka key equivalents)

joining the key handling and menu changes from aquavcl07 fixes the problem.
Incidentally this will fix issue 86435, issue 87287, issue 86519, issue 86522
also in beta; however these fixes bear no risk for beta in my opinion.

Commiting to startcenterfix02 (scheduled for beta)

Added "integrated" to the title, because it makes it much easier to work with the meta 
issue

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
