Header and footer of a RTF file are not visible in OO V2.4 and V3.0 - in MS
Office 2003 the file is correctly shown.

MRU->HBRINKM: when I open the attached RTF, no header/footer is shown. Re-saving
the RTF with Word 2003 SP3, it can be imported properly.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
