- start office
-> get assertion about missing Launcher basic module

This is not always reproducible for reasons unknown, however as far as we found
out has its reason in two things:
- in scp2 there is still an entry that creates
<office>/basis-link/share/basic/Launcher directory
- in <office>/basis-link/share/presets/basic/scripts.xlc there still is a
Launcher entry.

accepted. Cannot reproduce on Solaris-Intel and Windows with m24 build at first try.

The link is in scp2, and correctly there, because there is a "Launcher" library
in OpenOffice.org.

It's just that there is no such library in StarOffice anymore.

The question now is: remove Launcher in OpenOffice.org, or add it to StarOffice?

Since the content of Launcher in OOo is largely obsolete, I will remove it.

Removed "Launcher" library from OpenOffice.org, the link to a macro in the library
(in File->Wizards->Install fonts from the web...) and removed links to the
Launcher library in
<user_layer>/user/basic/script.xlc and <user_layer>/user/basic/dialog.xlc (the
original bug).

Launcher library is gone, need adjustments to test cases, covered by issue 91789.
This means that OpenOffice.org builds now have to entries less in the wizards menu
verified.
