Load the CompanyTakeover.odp sample presentation and start it with active
presenter console extension.  There seems to be a global clip rectangle of about
the size of the current slide preview.  Anything outside is not updated or painted.

I can observe this only on the Mac.

This may be caused by one of the animations on the first slide.

@HDU: Can you take a look at this?  There has been a similar problem on the Mac
that now is fixed.  I am not sure that this is a VCL or canvas problem.  If not
then I will take care of this issue after my vacation.

same root cause as #158236#, which got fixed in CWS vcl91

Can't verify that the fix works though because the presenter-view-extension got killed by CWS canvas 05 
(issue 91701). Though this is supposedly in CWS impress148, but the packsets there don't seem to have 
the fix or are not updated yet?

@af: please verify once CWS vcl91 got integrated

Verified as duplicate in WG's installation.
