Property text:id for element <text:list> has been introduced to ODF 1.2 by
proposal to enhance and clarify lists, found at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/23418/07-04-05-proposal-lists.odt
This property has been implemented by cws swlists01.
Due to open ODF TC proposal regarding property xml:id - see
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/proposal%3Axml-id -, which is expected to be
accepted by the ODF TC, the property text:id for element <text:list> has to be
replaced by property xml:id

FST has checked the change in the Fileformat. 
In the ODF 1.2 spec this can be found in chapter 18.1245.

According to mib the proposal covering this Issue is discussed by the OASIS TC
today and the schema will be adapted accordingly as soon as possible.

As long as this isn't in the ODF RNG Schema 1.2 (Draft or final) the following
validation error will occur :

Error:attribute "xml:id" has a bad value: "31481967" does not satisfy the "ID" type

The xml:id is found at the correct place as far as I can tell from the ODF Spec
and the proposal froom the ODF Wiki page mentioned above.

The validation error, which FST has found, will not be solved, when the schema
of the validation tool is updated. It is a defect in the implementation of the
generation of the value for the xml:id.
I will submit a follow-up issue for this.

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
