After moving the mouse over any toolbar button the highlight effect is not fully
removed - the buttons now seem to be pressed.
Seen im DEV300_m29.

Setting target and keyword. This should be fixed for the 3.0 release.

Interestingly it doesn't happen in OOO300m0. If it doesn't in m1 either, I'll
move the target to 3.1.
