Initial summary: Add Radioactive trefoil to star palette

This symbol is quite difficult to draw manually, and a lot of other (useless ?)
star tools are available. I propose to add this (very usefull) one. :-)

Specification elements:
. central circle of radius R,
. internal radius of 1.5R for the blades
. external radius of 5R for the blades
. blades separated from each other by 60°

After votes, I propose this feature for OOo 3.1 and reassign to editing.

Setting back Target milestone. Even if you would pay for a developer, it would
be too late for a new feature in 3.1. See
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOoRelease31 for the time line.
"Feature freeze" had been on 18th December!

Please do not modify the Target milestone. This field is set by the developer
who will work on that issue.
