Description mike_hall 2008-09-07 23:03:09 UTC
Create a new document. Delete document in Windows Explorer or otherwise.
Click link to document in recent file list.
You get an error message that the file can't be found.
When you click OK, you get the same message again.
Not sure if this is a regression, and it probably isn't new in m5 (Pavel's build)

Yes, it is a regression compared with 2.4.1 on both XP and Vista
Comment 2 mike_hall 2008-09-09 23:03:51 UTC
Same duplicate error message issue occurs if the default template can't be found
on Office startup (happens eg if a network connection to the template directory
fails).

I'm setting a target of 3.0.1 as it's probably not important enough to delay
3.0, but it does make the interface look rather unprofessional. No doubt someone
will change it!

TM->MAV: please have a look, reproducible !
Comment 4 rvojta 2009-02-02 21:10:06 UTC
Seems to be fixed in m41. Going to test with OOO310 branch.

Thanks for the check with m41. I set this issue to "FIXED" then. In case it
isn´t, we can reopen it with target 3.2 (as is surely does not quality as a
showstopper for 3.1).
Comment 6 Mathias_Bauer 2009-02-05 17:12:51 UTC
Thorsten, please verify in m41.
