Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 94125
Table columns drawn with wrong offset
Last modified: 2009-04-09 05:07:02 UTC
I started Base and opened "biblio.odb" (included in OpenOffice.org), then opened the table "biblio". Since there are many columns, they exceed the display width. Whenever I now flip the view one column to the right (by clicking on a cell at the right border and pressing tab), the columns are drawn with a wrong offset. The offset error seems to increase by every flip, after a few strokes on the tab key I get columns drawn upon each other at the left of the screen. Some columns also appear to be drawn twice above each other, with an offset of about 1 pixel (making the text appear bold). The error was reproducable across screen resolutions (1024x768 / 1400x1050) and dpi settings (144 dpi, 96 dpi). Calc works fine when flipping columns. The redraw procedure seems to work fine, however. So, when I force a redraw by switching to another application and back, all the above display errors disappear.
