Attempt to open a file from Office 2007 with encryption under openoffice 3 
build 9354, after selecting the file and its extension, the program will show 
an dialog for the approp. input filter, then select "microsoft excel 2007 xml" 
and will prompt an error afterward - "General error: general input/output 
error". I suppose OO3 is not capable of open excel2007 xml with encryption at 
this moment.
