Load attached document, it contains 22000 formatted cells and 1160 formatted
rows. Import filter takes >20 minutes loading the file, and spends ~90% of the
time converting the mentioned formatting.

load time reduced to ~1 minute.

in DEV300m43, import slows down to >5 minutes again, without changing anything
at the filter. Seems to be the charts this time. Have to look deeper.

Maybe this issue is related to issue 101491 and/or issue 102063.
