DEV3000 M37

I just tried to start the OPTIONS for my usual settings, but that failed to open
and crashed with "unexpected error in runtime" before doing anthing.
Crashreport was sent, but report-number had not been returned - so no number
available

so as of today there we have 3 versions of OO.o, but none of them is working)

Confirmed on XP.
Not sure it's a duplicate...
Due to server maintenance this week-end, I cannot check Automation results nor
test on other platforms. 

Happens (of course?) also in Calc.
Reassigning to Framework.

Already reported in issue 96735

The problem is missing On-line update component, a workaround is to rerun 
setup (from Windows control panel -> add/remove programs) and add the 
component.

As usual a crash is a P2 issue. Especially if there is a workaround.
