If you use the keyboard to scroll down (down arrow key) in the function list of
the formula wizard window, when you go beyond the last function you can see in
the list, the next is selected but is almost invisible

Yes, same here with OOoDEVm41 on WinXP. The selected item is mostly outside the
visible area.
In OOo2.4.1 the whole selected item is visible.
