Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 9956
wizard for save/restore user preferences
Last modified: 2013-08-07 15:26:47 UTC
I would like to see a wizard to save your user preferences in order to copy my OO preferences to another PC in an easy way
Not a bad idea.
Set to "NEW"
Any news? :)
It's a good idea and this should be used during OOo updates too. I've got reports from the users that their preferences were lost during OOo update (on MS Windows).

Closing. Profile migration is possible nowadays, and switching between different systems can be problematic (i.e. paths).
