After shrinking sections, sections height unchangeable in properties, section
height can be changed only by mouse.
If you try to increase section height by writing number into the properties, it
changed back to the shrink values, if you try to change it by spin button, when
click out to other properties, it changed back to original (after shrink) value.

It is happen in cwsdba32 build.

thanks for finding this, indeed it looks like a regression in CWS dba32a.

It is not even necessary to shrink the section: Just open the property browser
for any section, and enter a new height => the value is reset as soon as you
leave the field.

Seems that some code changes in GeometryHandler.cxx miss some code after cleanup ;-)
