How to reproduce problem
1.Start Impress.
2.With Asian languages support, select the option:
Tools->Options->Language Settings->Asian Layout->Character spacing
Select "Compress punctuation and Japanese Kana" or "Compress punctuation only"
3.Type "「」" in the title box until make a two line.

This issue reproduce with all font.
I tested with blow font.

* IPA P Mincho(proportional)
* IPA P Gothic(proportional)
* MS PMincho(proportional)
* MS PGothic(proportional)
* HGPGothic M(proportional)
* IPA Mincho(no proportional)
* IPA Gothic(no proportional)
* MS Mincho(no proportional)
* MS Gothic(no proportional)

I can see same problem on Calc and text box on Writer/Impress/Draw.
I can not see this problem main text area and frame on Writer.

So the emulation for "Asian Kerning" should be disabled for proportional fonts?
Sounds reasonable. The problematic behaviour was in there since about OOo101 and nobody complained 
about this yet...

I made a mistake about attach it.
I reported issue of lap over on i107162.

sorry about it.

I would like you to focus on area over.
It can see on every font(I mean non-proportional and proportional) so I think it
is difference issue.

I think so.

Is it related i13624? 
I guess FME have done something on #108498#
(I do not know what kind of number is this)
but it seems work fine on writer except text box.
