I'm using windows 7 home premium 64-bit. When I'm running the setup, the setup 
windows disapeared when it is extracting the files.

Can't confirm that with XP. Can_t find useful information in
"Problem_20091217_1131.mht".

OOo 1.0.3 is outdated ;-)

this is a valid issue for Vista and win 7 64 bit in some constellations

Delete the node HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ containing any
reference to the OOo stuff. See also issue 104421
