Under X-windows, when the openoffice window is sent to a different virtual
desktop or a different virtual desktop is viewed and then the desktop with the
openoffice application is viewed, the window is not redrawn and soffice.bin is
using lots of CPU time.

It seems to only happen when in online layout, editing a bulleted
point, with unsaved changes.

Since this involves bullets, this looks like the same problem with
window minimization in issue 17627. It is suggested there that that
bug  is really a duplicate of issue 14844.

Issue 14844 -- problem reported fixed as of 1.1rc4.
