0. open a new database
1. create a table with any fields
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. select the 'page headder'
4. change property 'high' in 500 and leave the field
5. scroll down to the bottom
6. change property 'high' in 5 and leave the field

-> report is gone (only grey background left)

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a "should fix" for the
first release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.x, thus.
